General Information

Papers must be submitted using the conference tool http://bobcatsss2016.sciencesconf.org. Use the account you used for submitting your abstract.

Please remind that each speaker will still have to register and pay the registration fees to access the conference.

Please upload each text in odt, doc or docx format.

To ensure the smooth running of the symposium, we recommend you to make a presentation shorter than the allotted time to have time to discuss with the participants.

 


The deadline for the full text paper submission is December 25.

Authors who submit a paper will have the opportunity to present a 20-minute talk at the conference. At least one author must be the speaker. Time for discussion with the audience should be included in the 20-minute time frame.

A visual presentation is mandatory to support a paper talk. To avoid any technical issues, please send us the visual presentation you will use during your talk (ppt, pptx, odp or any other type of digital presentation) by email at talk@bobcatsss2016.com before January 17.

posters-visualThe maximum sixe for a poster is 100×160 cm.

The poster will be subject of a 5-minutes illustrated presentation during the conference. During the presentation, your poster will be projected as visual support.

The poster must be accompanied with a short paper describing your research goals, results and references. The full text paper should be uploaded on the conftool. Please read the guidelines for the paper in the template below.

The deadline for the full text paper submission is December 25.

To avoid any technical issues, please send us your poster in image format by email at talk@bobcatsss2016.com before January 17.

Please bring your already printed poster to the symposium. We will not print any posters. Please include reinforcement rings on your poster to facilitate the installation of the poster exhibition during the conference.

workshops_visualWorkshops are limited to about 25 to 30 participants and its length should be 90 minutes maximum. They must be accompanied by an improved version of the abstract (see template below).

Please send us your demands regarding materials for the workshop by email at talk@bobcatsss2016.com to know how we can arrange it for you. Demands for materials and the new version of the abstract must be sent by email before January 10.

If you need to use a visual presentation during your workshop (it is not mandatory), and to avoid any technical issues, please send us your presentation (ppt, pptx, odp or any other type of digital presentation) by email at talk@bobcatsss2016.com before January 17.
